The Bilingual (Japanese English) Service Cloud Specialist will be responsible for Delivering presentations to a wide range of customer and partner audiences from C-level executives to Call Center agents on the key Service Cloud messages Developing assets (tools, methodologies, wikis, presentations) that can be leveraged during the pre-sales and post-sales processes by our selling and consulting partner Lending expertise to help Account Teams build cutting edge demorsquos Assisting deliverycustomer support when needed to help resolve issues around key Service Cloud deployments Developing, authoring and contributing to external facing blogs and media to help further the Service Cloud Develop and assist alliances in contributing to world class delivery partners in the Service Cloud The ideal Bilingual Service Cloud Specialist will have 10+ yearsrsquo relevant work experience with 5+ yearsrsquo experience in consulting Experience in serving a strategic technical sales team Experience building designing managing Contact Centers Deep knowledge of key Customer Service components including CTI and Telephony, Knowledge Base, Customer Portals, Workforce Management, Agent Scripting, and relevant KPIrsquos Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems Excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies Team player with strong communication and presentation skills in Japanese and English Client-focused attitude Willingness to travel internationally|
