- Evolving and implementing a client relationship plan to improve the client relationships with the Bank and increase share of wallet.
- Drive Cross-sell initiatives across the bank products
- Prevent attrition of customers
- Prevent customer dissatisfaction by giving personalized solutions
3. Full adherence to compliance, legal and regulatory standards; satisfactory audit rating It is achieved by: o Ensuring adherence to operating, legal & regulatory standards as applicable to the business. o RCSA, KYC reviews, transaction monitoring.

Position Job reports to: Sales Manager -Telesales (Mumbai)
Major Challenges
- External
Building relationship with customers without meeting them in person and offering them the various products & services of the bank - Internal
Working with different business units of the bank to offer highest customer satisfaction.
Candidate Specifications 1. Self-starter and should have understanding of relationship management and sales 2. Strong team management and communication skills 3. Sales experience and knowledge (preferably) of liabilities and wealth management
