| THIS POSITION IS FOR A BANGALORE INDIA BASED CONSULTANT Working in the PMO part of the Strategy Business Operations Team within APJC Technical Services the Project Manager will be responsible for identifying scoping and successfully executing cross functional projects Key to success will be the ability to successfully deliver on projects aligned to APJC TS business objectives and goals and in accordance with TS project management methodologies Key responsibilities bull Manage the project delivery process (eg drive project through gate reviews track progress identify escalate and resolve issues recommend and ensure decisions) to deliver significant operational improvement and financial benefit to the organization bull Manage TS stakeholdersrsquo relationships communication and change management activities to support the TS gold initiatives productivity portfolio bull Develop effective working relationships across the organization by understanding customerpartnerstakeholder needs bull Partner with cross functional stakeholders to define project scope objectives project requirements and deliverables and ensure project alignment with the overall TS business objectives bull Drive change through identification of project delivery impacts build awareness and support for change within the organization bull Strong understanding of Ciscos business and Technical Services over initial few months Skills Required bull 12+ years of Overall Experience bull 7+ years of specific project management experience specifically in the areas of Services and Process Improvements bull Valued Competencies include Analytical Thinking Business Acumen Business Networking Change Management Budget Management Decision Making Enterprise Perspective Facilitation Influence Planning and Prioritization Project Management Process Risk Identification and management Time and Productivity Management Client Management Consulting and Partnering negotiation Presentation Conflict Management Cultural Adaptability VirtualCross FunctionalRemote teaming Team Effectiveness bull PMP Certification ndash preferable Other PM certifications will also be considered bull Demonstrable results in business outcome of Projects PM has delivered bull Demonstrable accountability in delivering Projects bull Demonstrable experience in leading virtual or direct teams bull Demonstrate ability to influence others and situations without formal authority bull Strong leadership skills and ability to lead teams to successful collaboration and results bull Strong Stakeholder management skills bull Strong project management skills bull Work with selfdrive and commitment to results bull Excellent writtenverbal communication presentation and facilitation skills bull Ability to work with minimal supervision |
