Job Description
Our client is a US listed MNC company with an expanding footprint in Asia. hey have a global operational HQ in Singapore as Asia is a key region for them.
They are currently looking to recruit a Tax Director to lead the tax function for the corporate.
Leading a team, you will provide tax planning and advisory for the company. This will include providing advice on cross border transactions, mergers and acquisitions and international tax advisory. You will also be involved in advising on indirect tax issues as well as leading initiatives relating to transfer pricing issues. This role will also be a key liaison person in dealing with various governmental bodies in the region on tax incentives.
Ideally, you are a Degree qualified CA/CPA with at least 15 year's post graduation experience, and recent years spent in a regional tax capacity. You have experience in managing a team and familiar with US tax reporting requirements. Familiarity with transfer pricing issues in the region as well as good knowledge of indirect tax are critical for the success for the role.
