We are currently hiring professionals in the following positions:
Senior Recruitment Consultant (Business Development NOT Required):
Minimum 5-8 years experience in the Banking/IT staffing industry, capable of understanding complex banking requirements, administering personality/technical screening of candidates, and with experience in end-to-end recruitment cycle (including client engagement, through to candidate placement, excluding lead generation/business development).
Account Manager / Director:
Minimum 3-5 years experience leading a team in the Banking/IT staffing industry, capable of understanding complex banking/IT searches, leading client discussions whilst driving key agenda for the firm, and proven experience motivating/leading a team to deliver against demanding searches.
