Job Description
Each of them has different structure and system: (to name but a few, crucial elements):
1.Segmentation of markets, overlapping of 2 or more different markets, co-management of duplicate accounts
2.Product range, product support
3.Private banking facilities, accessibility to/availability of cross-platform facilities (Investment Banking, Corporate Banking-Trade Finance, Asset Management, Securities).

My credentials include over 10 years' experience in banking & finance (especially in wealth management - previously holding RM and Investment Advisor roles) & over 7 ½ years in recruitment for banking/finance.

Requirements
- Ability to bring in new accounts and develop AUM is a must
- Experienced in cross-selling a wide range of private banking products and solutions to clients.
- Markets: Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, North Asia (HK, Taiwan and China), Europe.
- Candidates should have 60%-70% of their key clients domiciled in the country covered.
- Candidates preferably are existing private bankers
- RMs in the priority banking segment and managing a good portfolio of potential private banking clients are welcome to apply
