Brief highlights of the role:

Networking Skills
  • To work with key internal stake-holders in Singapore and overseas to mine for and explore new sales opportunities across the region
  • To develop relationships with other business areas within the bank (Private Bank, Investment Partners, CIB, etc.) to leverage their client relationships and ensure effective cross-selling wherever possible
  • To leverage the bank's global sales presence in order to build regional relationships with existing European, Australian or American customers - with the aim of extending their solutions to include Asian services
  • To build close relationships with key influences (e.g. accountants, legal firms, consultants, etc.) in order to maximize their role in generating new sales


Sales Skills
  • To target and maintain relationships with senior contacts amongst target clients (e.g. COO, CIO, etc.) in developing a pipeline of opportunities across Singapore
  • To demonstrate leadership in managing Singapore sales opportunities, across the following offerings:
  • Local custody
  • Global custody
  • Third Party Clearing
  • Back Office Outsourcing
  • To maximize revenue potential at every customer by crafting market-leading proposals and commercial structures
  • To work with a range of internal stakeholders (including Compliance, Risk, Product, Operations and other teams) in managing all steps of the sales-cycle, through to ensuring successful implementation of client solutions


Relationship Management
  • To act as the single point of responsibility for a number of key client relationships in Asia; ensuring maximum levels of client satisfaction, service quality and revenues
  • To own and implement a set of clearly defined Account Plans, detailing how we intend to optimize our relationship with each client in the near future
  • To actively sponsor the client in a series of internal forums (e.g. Client Service Review), with the objective of aligning all internal stake-holder
