Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of over 10 recruitment professionals
- Provide clear operational and strategic direction on the Global Recruitment function
- Partner closely with the business to identify current and future workforce requirements and align recruitment process
- Team up with Senior Management on the recruitment strategies, directions and requirements
- Manage the 360 recruitment processes and monitor operational delivery
Job Requirements:
- Strong experience in managing and implementing Global / Regional Recruitment Projects which are short notice, quick turnaround requirements
- Experience in managing a team of experienced recruiters across various geographies
- Ability to execute in a highly operational role
- Travel will be involved
