Job Description
Responsible for the overall management of the Cards & Unsecured Loans business in Singapore, the role will direct, control, lead and monitor all product development as well as sales & marketing activities in Singapore.
This will entail responsibility of the profitability and volume growth of the Cards & Unsecured Loans portfolios.
The main responsibilities of the role are/ to:
- Product configuration, strategic planning, consumer research, systems development, marketing strategy development (including acquisition, usage & loyalty and retention) for Cards & Unsecured Loans products.
- Plan and develop advertising mediums for Card & Unsecured Loans products to improve brand recognition, strengthen brand relevance and differentiation and increase market share.
- Oversee acquisition channels based on cost-benefit expectations to ensure high results from output.
- Oversee portfolio management performance and identify revenue and cost management opportunities to ensure profitability of the business.
- Manage Profit & Loss statement for the entire Cards & Unsecured Loans portfolios, i.e., business financial model, budgeting, expense control and forecasting.
- Achieve high service standards through on-going review and improvements of daily operational workflows and procedures
- Analyse risk analysis reports for the Cards & Unsecured Loans products portfolios of all marketing activities to ensure a good balance between risk and business returns
