Job Description
The jobholder will be primarily responsible for:
1) managing the product development team for overall trade finance product development strategy, planning, implementation, utilization and target achievement;
2) monitoring and guiding the branch Middle Office teams for sales support work;
3) reviewing guideline and the working procedure in order to harmonize operations with frontline to ensure operational risk is contained while service level is maintained;
4) establishing the documentation, processes and procedure;
5) designing and providing training and technical support for trade products, documentation and operating procedures;
6) To ensure all trade business aspects are in strict compliance with both external and internal rules and regulations and immediate action is taken to report and rectify irregularities.
