Our client is a major regional bank with diverse businesses covering consumer banking, corporate banking and investment banking. It is looking for a dynamic Chief Financial Officer for its Singapore operations.
This is a highly visible role with frequent interaction with senior management. Leading and developing a finance team, you will be responsible for a broad spectrum of finance including financial reporting, regulatory accounting, management reporting, tax and capital management. You will provide a valuable insight into the performance drivers, enforce the effectiveness of accounting and financial control policies and procedures, and develop and implement the strategy for the business products across all customer segments in Singapore. You will work closely with the senior management and line managers in setting annual budget and targets, monitoring costs and driving active cost management, and monitoring capital usage and driving efficient capital management.
Degree and accounting qualified, you will have a proven track record in a leadership and senior management role in a reputable bank. With strong product knowledge, communication and influencing skills, you are commercial, strategic, highly credible and solutions-oriented. Direct Singapore experience and Mandarin proficiency are highly preferred.
