An opportunity has arisen for a seasoned HR business partner to support the front offices businesses and play a major part in the transformation of its HR function.
The HR Business Partner will manage the delivery of professional HR consulting services that contribute to the growth and profitability of the business. Working closely with senior stakeholders you will provide consultative business support on talent acquisition, mobility, staff engagement and culture, workforce planning, and learning and development activities. More specifically, there will be a focus on advising and guiding the business best practice HR, as well as cultural, business and process transformation.
Candidates will need to show evidence of their ability to liaise with senior client groups and identify at the strategic level ways of significantly enhancing capabilities that facilitate sustained business growth and efficiencies. Solid ability to subtly influence and impact outcomes, and resolve issues and conflict will be critical. Highly-developed execution skills and ability to structure solutions that meet business needs via high level planning, prioritising, effective utilisation of resources, and project management are will be a prerequisite. Experience gained within the banking industry supporting Front Office businesses will be critical. Candidates should already be based in the local Singapore market and have relevant regional experience.
