Job Description
The role will sit within the treasury department where you will be managing a team of 3 -5. You will have solid experience in leading a team with expert knowledge of Fixed Income processing, with knowledge of other treasury products such as Foreign Exchange and Money Markets an advantage.
In addition, a good working knowledge of Swift including, payments, messages and confirmations will be necessary within the role. You will be a bright, professional manager who is hands on in their approach and with the capability to develop and progress your team. Excellent communication skills are essential in order to optimise cohesiveness and efficiency within the department. You will have a strong client focus to ensure superlative service levels are maintained to both internal and external parties, conducting key client visits to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded.
There will also be elements of regulatory requirements around KYC and AML, so familiarity of the local regulatory environment is important. Ensuring effective controls are in place with all processing of trades is essential. You will also be proactive in your work, identifying opportunities to improve processes and implementing changes to procedures when necessary.
