THE ROLE
Based in Shanghai, covering China. You will work closely with senior business stakeholders in China and the region on all HR matters, inclusive of employee relations, organisational development, talent development, resourcing, compensation & benefits and other ad-hoc high level HR matters/projects.
WHAT THE HIRING MANAGER IS LOOKING FOR
Local talent with over 13 years of HR experience in top tier multinational environment or industry. The ideal candidate should have a diversified range of HR set of skills and experience. As the role requires clsoe interaction with local provincial HR bodies, only native Mandarin speaker are encourage to apply.
