Job Description
Reporting into the divisional head you will be required to identify and focus on the operational risks across the entire business. You will be engaged to perform a variety of audit assignments and special projects sometimes as part of a team, sometimes leading a team and on occasion solo. As an Internal Audit Manager you will be required to act as an ambassador for the team whilst gaining 'buy in' from key stakeholders using your commercial understanding to influence change across the company.
The internal audit function looks for individuals of both a high intellect and change driven nature. Consequently you will be working with some of the brightest minds in the bank and a strong academic career is essential. You must have significant experience in either internal or external audit (big 4 preferred) and have exposure to Financial Markets, Treasury and/or broader investment banking experience. Knowledge and experience of ASIA markets would be looked upon desirably. Experience in a financial institution as an internal auditor is highly desirable. You must have excellent communication skills, be a relationship manager and have clear examples of change throughout your career.
