Job Description
Tasks / Responsibilities:
Develop relationships at the head office and branch level with target FI clients. This will include bank names (including the big four state owned banks and the joint stock commercial banks) as well as non-bank names (fund managers, securities houses, insurance companies).Market Cash Management to the chosen client base and ensure the bank is positioned as the provider of choice relative to competitor banks.Drive the revenues of the business and take responsibility for the P & L.Look for opportunities to cross-sell the bank services by working with other product and coverage teams to maximize wallet share and increase the bank position as lead banker.Represent the bank as an FI Cash expert in China.Deal with regulatory and compliance issues as required.
Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor degree with 8 years of relevant experience.Advanced knowledge of office systems, procedures and protocol. Possess expert verbal and written communications skills in both English and Chinese.Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.Self-starter with highly effective organizational skills.Detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.Occasional overtime as needed.
Special Requirement:
E.g. preference for recruitment channel; frequent business travel, suggestions for certain firm that we can bring to attention of headhunter etc.
