7 Fifty Two Solutions a leading recruitment firm, with a tremendous presence in the United Kingdom and outstanding business performance and continued growth, is seeking to hire an experienced, charismatic, visionary and inspiring leader who will assume the role of Head of the Asia region to spearhead the company's business expansion, profitability and revenue in the Asia region. This position is based in Singapore
7 Fifty Two Solutions has been based in Singapore for over 2 years, and has an established Client portfolio, and has recently been acquired by ITHR, a London based recruitment agency forming a group with a turnover of S$100 million - this opportunity has arisen as a result of the focus of the company towards Asia and the group objectives.
Reporting to the Group Managing Director the incumbent will manage all aspects of the business which include investments, sales and operations, working within local regulatory requirements and the group's corporate procedures and standards. You will take the lead in identifying, penetrating and establishing relationships with key clients and strategic alliances partners in the region which will impact the company. Acting as a senior spokesperson for the company, you will develop the business strategy and create business opportunities in the region.
To be highly effective in this role, you will bring with you in excess of 7 years of excellent track record and recruitment industry experience, with a sound understanding of and exposure to recruitment solutions at a regional level. You should bring with you a strong business development background and preferably established relationships with key institutions and strategic alliances within the Asia Pacific region. Other attributes for this position include strong people management skills, excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. A dynamic, energetic and strategic individual with exceptional leadership qualities, you should have a demonstrated ability to work across cultures, functional lines and internal and external business groups.
