Job Description
Essential Job Functions will include
- 8AM - 8PM Support of the PSO supported devices including Checkpoint and Juniper Firewalls, Bluecoat Proxies and Nortel/Juniper remote access devices.
- Change management including day to day changes to the production environments based on customer requirements.
- Problem management participation from routine issues to critical failures.
- Information security analysis of customer requirements to ensure all standards, policies and guidelines are upheld.
- Support routine compliance activities like audits, maker-checker, peer review, etc
- Hardware and software upgrades, hot fixes and replacements.
Qualification
- CISSP or GIAC certification preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated skills with Unix/Linux and networking.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Proactive Team player Work and ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Minimum 3 years experience support information security technologies (firewalls, proxies) in an operational capacity.
