Main Responsibilities:

1.Establish and develop channel sales strategies and plan, ensure sales targets achievement;
2.Set up and improve channel management policies, monitor and coach sales activities, ensure effective sales operation within the organization;
3.Regularly review and modify sales incentive plan to motivate and attract sales people;
4.Responsible for business development and management, keep attention to market data and reports, analysis and compare with channel business result, be aware of business gap and seek solutions;
5.Strengthen sales channel development, build up long term partnership with agents and customers;
6.Responsible for new products research, development and promotion. Keep on track of market feedback for improvement of quality and applicability;
7.Keep alert of market environment and trend, initial activities to improve market share and branding image;
8.Proactively and constantly provide professional products and high quality service to clients, build up channel and branch image gradually;
9.Keep healthy balance between business and sales force, build up a sales-driven team, drive team spirit and culture, train and grow professional sales talent up;
10.Control to keep sales expense within budget;
11.Keep sound and solid communication with others sales channel and supporting functions, effectively utilize internal resources, achieve channel goals and objectives. 12.Keep effective;communication with global benefit team, sort out and obtain technical resources and support.

Main Requirements:

1.Bechelar's degree or above;
2.Deeply understanding of group insurance market, experienced in sales marketing and management, familiar with insurance laws and regulations;
3.Over 10 years industrial and sales marketing working experience with at least 5 years in sales management position;
4.Excellent ability of planning, management and orgnization development;
5.Strong leadership, proactive and results-driven;
6.Good command of English;
7.Be familiar with office tools.
