Job Description
- act as liaison between different stakeholders on project management plans
- support stakeholders in support function and analytics
- generate process improvement ideas and ensuring all projects adhere to tight timeline and the objective of the projects
- obtain accurate data from business users for reports and analysis
- drive process excellence through productivity optimization, process design and implementation
- identify innovations, improvements and best practices for adoption
- bachelor's degree (Masters Degree in Business Management or Operations preferred)
- to be self motivated, ability to work under pressure independently as well as a team in a tight timeline
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with all levels of management
- this position open only to Malaysian passport holder or permanent resident
