Job Description
A Leading Asian Bank is hiring an experience Technology Project Director to drive Technology projects supporting the bank's treasury division covering Foreign exchange, Money Market, Fixed Income products. You will manage strategic projects for the treasury division, plan and implement new system upgrades for the business. You are also expected to lead the team in architecting the new solutions for the business in catering for the future growth of the business.
The successful candidate will report to the head of the Core Treasury IT, and will be leading a team of 10 system analysts and programmers.
Requirements:
- More than 15 years of project management experience in the financial industry, direct experience with treasury business is preferred.
- Experience in working direct with senior executives in business and also IT organization
- Strong software development and support experience for mission critical systems in financial industry.
- Strong change management control, and high problem solving skills.
- Experience in system architecture and design, good and thorough understanding of bank's front office and back office operations, finance and accounting.
- Experience in vendor management and good IT risk understanding
