Senior Market Risk role with leading Investment Bank
High profile role with solid career path
Developing a full and effective market risk framework
High profile and hands-on role in the MRM division of a top international securities firm in Tokyo. As part of an elite team you will be responsible for working closely with the front office to provide advice, assist them in successfully completing complex transactions and ensure that market risks are well managed in line with standard industry practices and global policies.
Focusing primarily on the fixed income space you will be responsible for a broad range of functions including stress testing & risk assessment, managing and monitoring desk limits, deal advisory, and reporting to senior management.
You will have 5+ years in Market Risk or related discipline (eg Trading, Valuation, etc); a strong knowledge of Market Risk methodology and industry best practice; strong modeling skills; and good product knowledge particularly in exotic products). Japanese language skills are a preferred but not required; ability to do business in English is required.
