Responsibilities:
Conduct and oversee commercial, legal, financial etc., due diligence as required
Screen proposed deals through assembly and analysis of related data
Production of investment memorandum including financial modeling, valuation and return analysis
Financial analysis and modeling for periodic report
Monitor market data of the existing portfolio investments
To assist the Project Manager in preparing research and presentation materials in Healthcare/FIG/FMCG/TMT etc., field.
Handling Ad hoc project
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree or above from reputable university. Major in Finance, Science or MBA is preferred.
2.5+years working experience in Investment Banks, financial groups or first tier consulting firms.
Comprehensive knowledge of financial modeling, deep industry analyze, operation and management of enterprise
Outstanding financial knowledge and skills, preferably with CFA or equivalent qualifications
Good command of English, including listening, writing, reading, speaking and translating, preferably with overseas learning or working experience
Strong abilities in learning & innovation, communication, teamwork, problem analysis and resolution, judgment and decision-making, project management and relation influence
The client is a leading RMB Fund globally, with II RMB fund on RMB12 billion and II US fund on $50 million.
