About Tax Risk & Quality

In Tax Risk Management Administration, we aim to provide support to enable the Tax practice to perform research associated with any type of Tax risks & regulations.


Job description and responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the tax teams on the administration of risk management;
  • Handle day-to-day search requests raised by the tax teams (or on project basis);
  • Conduct entity search via internal databases and open source (e.g. Internet);
  • Prepare reply email with proper supporting of checking results and concise summary;
  • Maintain the log system of requests received and work done; and
  • Assist in projects and other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.


Requirements:

  • Diploma in business-related discipline;
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in administrative or customer services work;
  • Sound knowledge on accounting is an asset;
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and communication skills;
  • Basic knowledge in MS Office, with focused in MS Excel; Experience with using Lotus Notes is desirable;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus;
  • Pleasant personality, willing to communicate with different parties, mature and stable;
  • Willingness to learn;
  • Accuracy and diligent; and
  • Good analytical and organizing skills.
