Job description and responsibilities:
Responsible for the mandatory training monitoring activities:
- Support assurance operation on the attendance nomination every year;
- Email or call the attendees to join the training on time per the training schedule and reminding mechanism;
- Generate attendance monitoring reports on a regular basis, and review with assurance ops; and
- Keep close contact with assurance operation team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree;
- Good reading and comprehensive skills in English(CET 4 or aboveļ¼;
- Good Microsoft office skill;
- Attention to detail;
- Team player who can work effectively under pressure; and
- Good interpersonal and communication skill with good telephone manner.
