We are now seeking a high caliber candidate to fill the following position in our APAC Circulation team: Circulation Marketing Manager, APAC Responsibilities: - Organize direct mailing and email marketing for print and digital subscriptions acquisition and retention across Asia Pacific
- Implement partnership programs for leads generation and customer acquisition and retention
- Develop briefs, in conjunction with Marketing and external suppliers /agencies to execute acquisition and retention campaigns
- Manage performance, optimize and report on marketing channels
- Support the regional telemarketing and circulation sales teams with marketing and training materials
- Develop and monitor newsstand exposure and sales activities across the region
- Drive sales performance of subscription agents
- Prepare detailed budgeting and forecasting of subscription campaigns, generate reports, conduct analysis and make recommendations
- Proactive management of marketing budgets, sales targets and forecasting to drive subscription and newsstand activities every month
- Plan and execute on time, on budget, an annual calendar of circulation activities to meet sales targets
- Work well with Technology and Customer Service teams to effectively implement circulation programs
Requirements: - University Degree with 5 years of acquisition/circulation marketing experience
- Excellent communicator, strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, hardworking, fast learner
- Structured, organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Sound knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, and Photoshop/ In-design skills would be an advantage
- Customer lifecycle management with media/ publishing background a plus
