Job description and responsibilities:
The Associates in Consulting - Finance competency would be expected to work closely with clients to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their financial operations including back-office realignment.
The associates will be expected to participate in not only finance consulting projects, but potentially also projects with other competencies to deliver complex solutions to our clients. Client base includes multi-national, state-owned and private enterprises.

Requirements:
We are looking for a diverse range of graduates from disciplines such as accounting, finance, mathematics, industrial engineering and management systems, who can demonstrate a combination of: - Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities;
- Intellectual rigour, flexibility and agility;
- Self-motivation and direction;
- Knowledge in financial modelling, analytics and quantitative techniques;
- A consulting mindset;
- Excellent teamwork and inter-personal skills;
- The desire to become a qualified accounting professional;
- Fluency in Putonghua;
- Fluency in English is an advantage; and
- Willingness to travel.
