About PwC China Tax:
The China Tax Group specialises in the provision of services in the areas of PRC corporate tax, merger and acquisition, corporate restructuring, ownership structure and tax efficient funding and indirect solutions for our local and international clients.
Job description and responsibilities
- Assist clients in their China tax compliance obligations, including preparation of tax computations and returns, and handling correspondence with the Mainland Tax Bureau;
- Provide China tax consulting services to clients;
- Conduct research relating to China tax and business issues;
- Develop and maintain client relationships; and
- Provide coaching to junior team members.
Requirements:
- A recognised degree holder preferably in accounting or equivalent;
- Qualified member of a professional accounting body is an advantage;
- Minimum three years of China tax experience;
- Practice experience in a CPA firm would be an advantage;
- Confident with a strong business sense;
- Solid project management experience with strong analytical and organizational skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proficient in both written and spoken English; and
- Fluency in Putonghua.
