About Corporate Tax - Company Secretary Services
PwC Corporate Tax Group focuses on Corporate tax advisory. Among other areas, we specialise in (i) Financial service (ii) Company secretarial service (iii) Japanese business development (iv) Group restructuring.
Company secretarial services target multinationals with massive operational entities in China to provide (i) Board meeting support and coordination (ii) Entity establishment, merger, liquidation (iii) Filing changes with government authorities for change of director, business scope, registered capital, etc. (iv) advising corporate governance structure.
Job description and responsibilities
- Prepare and review required sample application documents;
- Communicate with client legal counsel, paralegal or finance team to provide regulatory and tax advice;
- Communicate with overseas / regional office to provide regular update;
- Communicate with local government authorities to file the required change; and
- Provide tax advice to multinationals and domestic enterprises.
Reporting structure and key relationships:
Report to managers and senior managers
Requirements:
- A recognised university degree;
- More than 3 years experience in law firm will be an advantage;
- Tax knowledge will be plus, but not must;
- Proficient in Company Secretarial Service Software, Word, Excel;
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Confident with a strong business sense;
- Strong analytical skills and organising skills;
- Good project management skills; and
- A team player with good interpersonal skills, self-initiated and results-oriented.
