Qualifications:
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders across all levels in particular senior business managers
• Demonstrates thought-leadership, initiative, independence, and willingness to learn
• Ability to lead and work with teams across multiple locations and time zones
• Strong relationship management skills to build enduring and productive alliances across Citi
• Over 15 years' Infrastructure experience, preferably in the banking and financial IT services sector
• Excellent command over architecture, design and functional aspects of enterprise systems
• Skilled in Java, J2EE, Websphere Portal and Websphere application Server administration management
• Experience in WAS/WPS administration automation (i.e. jacl and jython scripting)
• Experience in system scripting (i.e. sh, perl, python, etc)
• Expertise in Source code control and deployment tools (RTC, ClearCase, PVCS, BuildForge, etc)
• Knowledge of Tibco, BPM Tools will be an advantage
• Thought leadership in areas of SOA, Design patterns and emerging technologies
• Ability to work across several groups in delivering solutions to the business
• Experienced in project management, application tuning and infrastructure planning
