This iconic, globally recognized financial products and services corporation is looking for a Marketing Analytics professionalto lead and manage a customer focused analytics team.
You will be responsible for providing a view on customer behaviour, trends and product gaps to enable a proactive approach to support product development and customer marketing efforts. You will lead the effort to introduce market leading behaviour modeling and establish a roadmap for systematic customer marketing and engagement. Tracking and monitoring strategic KPI's of repeat sales and retention management is also a focus of the role.
To successfully qualify for this position you must have a minimum of 7 years relevant experience in the Insurance/finance industry with knowledge of analysis tools like SAS and SQL and the ability to work with large volume data across disparate sources.
