Job description and responsibilities:
The associates in Consulting - People & Change team would be expected to design, implement and manage the human capital and resources of the business to drive effective and lasting transformation, change and management across the full range of business processes, operations and activities.
The associates will be expected to participate in delivering complex solutions to a diverse client base including multi-national, state-owned and private enterprises.

Requirements:
We are looking for a diverse range of graduates from disciplines such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management and Information Systems, Human Resources, and Occupational Psychology who can demonstrate a combination of:
- Knowledge in organisation development, HR management and change management;
- Advanced degrees, e.g. MBA, preferred;
- A consulting mindset and experience;
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities;
- Intellectual rigour, flexibility and agility;
- Excellent teamwork and inter-personal skills;
- Self-motivation and direction;
- Multi-national and / or cross border project experience;
- Fluency in English; and
- Willingness to travel.
