Roles and responsibilities:
The PwC General Business Advisory ("GBA") Services under Tax Practice provides a complete range of services for foreign inbound investment including identifying proper locations, holding structure design, corporate registration, general value added tax ("VAT") taxpayer application, corporate records maintenance, liquidation and de-registration, foreign exchange related services etc. - Assist associates or senior associates to prepare corporate documents;
- Assist associate or senior associate to provide regulatory or foreign exchange advice;
- Assist associate or senior associate to maintain corporate records for clients;
- Maintain client relationship (maintain daily communication with client and respond to client's request on a timely manner).
Requirements:
We are looking for graduates from any discipline who can demonstrate: - A recognized university degree;
- Qualified member of a professional accounting body would be an advantage;
- Relevant tax experience in a similar working environment would be a plus;
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Confident with a strong business sense;
- Strong analytical skills and organizing skills; and
- Good project management skills.
