Job description and responsibilities:
The Strategy Team provides a range of strategy consulting services to corporate, financial and government clients, including corporate strategy consulting, growth strategy, commercial due diligence, acquisition target searches, and independent bank reviews.
Due to the rapid growth of this part of our business, we are now recruiting associates to join our existing teams in our Beijing and Shanghai offices. Associates will be expected to participate in delivering complex solutions to a diverse client base including multi-national, state-owned and private entities.
Reporting structure and key relationships:
Reporting to: Consulting - Strategy manager
Requirements:
Candidates with a Bachelor or Master degree with a major in business administration, economics, finance or marketing are preferred.
We are looking for graduates from Accounting or Business Management majors who can demonstrate:
- Commercial orientation;
- Influencing skills / leadership potential;
- Organisation skills;
- A strong command of English;
- Knowledge in financial modelling and costing an advantage;
- A consulting mindset and experience;
- Strong analytical, decision making and problem solving capabilities;
- Excellent teamwork and inter-personal skills;
- Self-motivated; and
- Willingness to travel.
