About Tax
PwC Tax advisors assist a wide-range of clients, from prominent individuals to multi-national corporations. They not only help clients on their tax planning and on filing their corporate and individual tax returns, but they also advise on tax compliance and transfer pricing matters.
Job description and responsibilities
- Work with a team to devise solutions to complex transfer pricing issues faced by multinational corporations;
- Analyze the economics of a client's related party transactions;
- Interview client personnel to identify functions and risks relevant to the engagement objectives;
- Design and use advanced spreadsheet models to measure and compare inter-company results;
- Apply statistical tools to establish the sensitivity of inter-company pricing strategies to relevant macro and micro-economic factors;
- Conduct and write industry research studies; and
- Supervise the work of junior staff member within the group.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance;
- At least three years' relevant experience in transfer pricing either in an accounting firm or industry;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English;
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and a general aptitude for quantitative analysis;
- A team player with good interpersonal skills and excellent organizational skills; and
- Self-initiated and result-oriented.
